Why TruVal?

Put a link on your website, social media posts and email footers to your customised TruVal website landing page. Potential Vendors will be drawn to it by the offer of an “instant valuation estimate”

But…TruVal will try to convince them to book a valuation appointment instead.

It does this by repeatedly explaining the inadequacies of its ‘Valuation Estimate Algorithm’, then pushing for and hopefully booking a face-to-face “5-star” valuation appointment.

If Potential Vendors won’t go for a ‘5-star’ face-to-face valuation, TruVal promotes the ‘4-star’ Remote Valuation option – they upload photos or videos and you call to ‘discuss’ (or better still, have another go at booking that face-to-face valuation)

If they really insist on an ‘Instant Estimate’ they have to prove they own a property in one of your chosen postcode areas. So no timewasters that live out of your area, no nosey neighbours and no purchasers looking to get ammunition to reduce an offer!

and they are made to understand why ‘Instant Estimates’ can’t be relied upon, using your choice of words to explain the process, the problems and the potential for inaccuracy before revealing its ‘computer generated estimate’ with yet another set of caveats and disclaimers.

By the time potential vendors see a valuation estimate it will be clear that the figure they are seeing is just a computer’s guess and so won’t damage their impression of you.

It deliberately doesn’t send the Potential Vendors anything – definitely not a poor quality email with a poor attempt at your branding that reinforces that poor, inaccurate ‘instant estimate’.

Instead, your team just get ‘magic emails’ with valuation leads that they follow up in the way that they (or you) see fit. (Hopefully, they’ll pick up the phone!)

As a result, your staff don’t need any training or special skills.

Of course if you really want to add the leads to mailing campaigns, TruVal can link to spreadsheets, mailing software, CRMs etc using Zapier. Remember, though, that a combination of ‘prove you own it’ and ‘not in our area’ functionality means you’ll get small volumes of high quality leads and so each can be given personal attention.
